Home from Thanksgiving—does a better holiday exist? Looking down the long table that sunny afternoon felt like more than luck. Oh, isn’t it extraordinary to have finally found the people that, growing up, were so elusive (or just too damn far away). Thinking of adding, one day, another generation to these ranks is a sacred task. It is abundantly clear to me that nothing matters more in this life than the people with which you spend it.
